Foss students fret over possible closure

Students at Tacoma&#x92;s Foss High School returned from a four-day weekend Wednesday to news that the future of their school was in doubt.<p/>Tacoma School Board members on Saturday heard a proposal from Superintendent Art Jarvis for dealing with anticipated state budget cuts.
